I'm at 47k and will be changing out both the AT and differential oil very soon. Will buy the OEM stuff from a Land Rover dealer, then use Gold Plug's metallic plugs.

Ended up getting the fluids changed yesterday at the dealership while I had it in getting the final warranty inspection and minor maintenance done.
I kept the old fluid, will run a magnet through it and see what it picks up as time permits.
The Diff fluid isn't that bad after looking at it closely, these pictures were taken with a 50W halogen light shining through the fluid in an 8" circumference cylinder:
