I didn't post this earlier but here's what I experienced at Infineon a couple weeks ago.

Ambient 85
Track time 2.08 (without traffic, probably 2.04/5)
Mods: AT, dci, ETS 5" fmic, 75/25 + 2 bottles water wetter. Ran both stock and v5 map 1 @ 13.5 max boost.
Hit 285 oil temps. Didn't record water temps. Never had reduced power or any limp mode. I'm really starting to believe issues are more related to water instead of oil temps. I think I may go 100% water +WW and work on improved air flow.

Ps, after hitting 285, I spent half a lap at a slightly slower speed before pitting. By the time I made it back to my parking spot, temps were down to 255. If you haven't done so, I highly recommend adjusting your coolant/water mix.
