To be honest, I wouldn't really be bothered either way. I gather the RFTs are troublesome to replace and give a stiffer and less comfortable ride, but without a spare I suppose it would be nice to know that I could still limp back somewhere so get a puncture sorted. Personally I think I'd rather just carry some gunk to put in it if there was a puncture. Probably not the best place to go in to it, but if anyone has any opinion either way then I'm always happy to hear it. I've never run RFTs myself before so don't have any actual experience of them
