No the car doesn't have the paddles, but I have used the Steptronic before and it's OK with the handle ... Plus this car has the latest version of the 6-gear Steptronic ... for the first short testdrive in citycenter (the car had only 18 km on the clock) .. the feeling was great ..
So the plan is: keep the original 160 8jx17" for the Winter tyres .. and get 18" for the summer .. I'm still hesitate between the optional 162 .. or the accessory Radialspeiche 196 .. I saw it on a E92 330xi .. looks AWESOME
