As far as SAE vs STD. isn't there a factor # to do the conversion?
If you get the data file, you can change the scalebetween STD and SAE in the Viewer software.
SAE was lower than STD by up to 10 hp on my dyno chart

Standard tune for 3 stage manifold and intake only. The exhaust is stock.
Conversion is between 4-5%
Previous was 206hp 187ft.lbs.
Close on HP and a gain of about 10ft.lbs.
As the car sits its identical if not slightly better than a steptronic 330i. (my car is also a steptronic)
