BTW, don't buy any property in S.cali right now. It's a horrible time to buy.. Prices are forecast to come down substantially in 2-3 yrs when all those fools that got in over their head with interest only loans and ARMs start to pay on the principle. Subprime lending was way out of control in S.cali, and now the morgage industry is in trouble. Patience on the housing market and car buying choice.
