Thanks for the comments. A friend (non US citizen) is studying in the WA and wants a car for a couple of years. Instead of buying one now and selling it after two years, i thought it might be cheaper to lease one. I don't see a definite answer above, anyone know for sure whether it can be done? I don't think you can finance as a non-US citizen so it's either pay cash for it or lease it.
