Once the spacer is on the hub (assuming you've bought the proper hub-centric ones and the longer wheel bolts needed) then there's no more effort involved than changing a standard wheel.

Personal view, but I'd treat electric impact wrenches with caution. So easy to cross-thread/over-tighten/strip thread etc. Hand wrench and torque wrench would be my recommendation.
