Yeah Assael service can suck a nut... even with an appointment, I stood around for 30-45 minutes asking for any available SA... theres a few, just chatting on the phone, or with each other.. Then on occasion some dude thats not an SA asks if I have been helped and I would say NO.. and he would leave and "attempt" to find someone to help but... nothing.
avoid them for service.. they suck
