They would not be pro-tuned numbers. I suspect those numbers are a little out of date. Cobb now has a number of stage 1 maps. I dyno'd 330whp (409wtq) with stage 1 aggressive on a dyno dynamics dyno. Apparently these read lower than a mustang dyno. Definitely read lower than dynojet (by 10-12% I'm told).
Comparing dyno numbers is tricky. Different dynos, different conditions, different cars....
