From my limited knowledge, I'd have though 330d is the most reliable DIESEL model - I'd expect the N52-engined 330i (not sure about the N53-engined ones...) to be more reliable than any diesel. Or at least I hope so, that was part of my rationale picking a 330i over a 330d.
