Brake job - products?
Am pricing out my next set of brakes... thinking of using Akebono ceramic pads on Centric Premium High-Carbon rotors. This is for an E92 335i 6MT that sees only street miles (really, mostly highway.) I like the feel etc. of the stock brakes but am looking for comparable performance but hopefully less dust.
Do you think I will be happy with those choices? If not, what would you recommend? Hawk HPS? Other?
As I expected, Rock Auto was way cheaper than even my buddy's shop price through his sources, so that factors into my purchasing choices...
