with your offset and H&R sports I would put my money on that bolt, you can shave the bolt - replace it with something else, or live with it. You can also try and dial an extra -° of camber up front and that might clear it as well.

It will slowly start to damage the tires though if it keeps happening for long enough.
He's got it pretty much spot on. I would recommend shaving it down. If you keep on driving for a longer period of time, it will eventually start cutting into the tire.
