The 17" tires shouldn't be a problem, but if you've got 17" steelies, then you may not be able to use them. Every source I talked to (dealership, tire dealers, this forum) says that steelies should not be used on the e90 330i w\ sport package.
However, if you trust your dealer and they say it'll work, then go for it. I ended up paying just over $1800 (including taxes (14% here) and shipping) for these -->
