It's the jack pad underneath the car. No problems. It's just $20 replacement. It happens and they actually wear out and get worse over usage from jacking up the car at the dealerships or shops. Eventually, they will crumble like that.
Or if you hit a curb hard enough, they can and will fall out. You can drive the car with or without it. No safety issue.
