I actually haven't gotten too much time in the snow. Chicago area has had relatively marginal snow this winter until recently. My car being really low concerns me more than the traction, haha.

I used to have a Subaru wrx that was pretty low, if there are a decent amount of snow on the ground it's actually not too huge of a factor being low. Since most bumps and bad roads are covered up nicely to an even level.
However I have once drove over a dividing medium that was hidden in snow lol. Luckily I drove right over it while it was right at the center of my car. I ended up with just minor scratches on my exhaust piping...could've been way worse.
