BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum - View Single Post - Does BMWFS and CO require lease sales tax to be prepaid?

Not sure on BMWFS, but when I leased my Infiniti it didn't require that. And I can't imagine BMWFS makes a difference. Perhaps things have changed since 2004?
