If you're looking for road force balancing, I went to Parker Auto (
www.parkerautocare.com) and they charged me $135 all in to mount 4 tires on my 19" wheels and balance them. The balance was perfect. Just as important, they didn't put a mark on my wheels, which had just been refinished days before I had the tires mounted.
If you are running run-flats, they may charge you more.
