So I was diving around in the neighborhood and found this "thing" infornt of me. It was a box on 4 wheels. Looks like made out of wood. Painted dark green/black. It was about no more than 5 ft tall and 4 ft wide. It had a pipe sticking out looked like a small exit for exhaust. There was a sticker on it saying "keep back 200 ft" lol. My thought was someones creepy project. A box on a quad?? Just compare the kid to the "thing" it was small
