there's BMW hill assist that will stop the car for you from rolling for like 2 seconds which should be enough.
What you can do also is:
1. pull e brake
2. clutch in and put in gear
3. start releasing the clutch with giving gas (a bit more than usual)
4. when the car wants to move release the e-brake
