THIS is the problem I usually have with hiring work out. In the old days (hehe), you used to pay for someone's expertise. Now, you are basically just paying for their time. Labor-type jobs are frequently just farmed out to whomever is available. This is the main reason I do a lot of my own stuff; I know I just won't be happy with the results if someone else does it - or Mrs. jtodd_fl won't be, which is far more serious of a problem.
