you can make just about any caliper fit with a custom bracket. That's how the big brake companies do it (after they figure out what size rotors and calipers to use). some may also require an aftermarket brake line to fit the caliper properly.
basically, if someone put corvette or porsche calipers on their BMW, they had to get a custom bracket made to make it fit.
