I really don't know...
Read a response from Dubmiester on a different site saying they comply fully with the BS regulations that plates have to meet. So they've passed that test or standard.
Apparently if they're stamped up with the BS then nobody can question the legality as quite simply that means that they are.
But, still... I really don't know
