Hey just came back from DMV inspection and wanted to pass on some knowledge for anyone worrying about inspection. This is for the Eatontown, NJ station so it may or may not apply elsewhere. Anyway, all I had on my car was a Cobb AP tune and an aftermarket catback exhaust. They do a visual check with a camera that is mounted in the ground to see the underside of the car, I guess to make sure you have cats. I'm guessing since he saw I was missing my secondary cats because of the exhaust, he popped my hood to see if there was anything else. Then he did the OBD testing and I passed even with Cobb AP on stage 1. I did not see him do a sniffer test, but maybe I just didn't see it. So hopefully that answered some people's questions about emissions and inspection in NJ.
