Well in 2 weeks or so time he'll probably be ripping your arm off at any deal as it's coming up to the end of the quarter. Hold out if you can.
Just as a plus to FRGs comments. The driving position in nearly every manual Audi I've driven has been terrible. The clutch is often directly centre of the steering so you sit twisted. Fortunately the DSG box (now called Stronic by Audi) is very good and very well suited to the diesel engines so absolutely no need to suffer. Don't confuse this with multitronic as it's truly crap as FRG points out.
I never found my SLine suspension any worse than MSport on the e90 but I did swap it within a couple of months for some Eibach proline springs which were much better.
