I've tried both.
extreme parts is fairly ok, Only thing i bought for my E90 there was my grill.
My old cars (1.6EL, Altima) I've bought parts from them and no complaints.
jspecperformance... meh for me, far and wasn't worth it. bought some AE's off them before and wasn't to happy with it... seemed a bit dull and they wouldn't take it cause it was used once i put it on so meh sold it outside to someone who didn't care. other than that I haven't heard anything really about jspec
