They are German style pressed number plates, totall illegal in the UK and pointless!
The car is stolen, ANPR has a job to read the plates, you don't get your car back, wise move with an M3........

Fallen tyres, nice selling point, it's one of the first things l look at on a car and anything budget there tells me he probably can't afford to run and maintain it.
