Broadspeed have the 320d MSport for (no options) for £24836.
If you go into a dealer and take a broadspeed quote with you, they will likely match it because all Broadspeed are doing is introducing main dealers.
If you are looking around those sorts of prices, I'd buy new - you can get a new one for about the same price as a nearly new (6mths-1year) one.
Just as an aside, if it is a second car in which you do very few miles, you might be better off with a petrol. You can get a 325i for the same price as a 320d and it has that silky smooth six or a 320i ~3-4k less.
