a small gas station near my place did it for me, i work in RE Development and Construction so I visit frequently!

anyway, they simply use a needle nose plier to remove the screw, they then used the "pointy tool thing" to open the hole, they then proceeded to plug the hole.

i reset my flat tire management, and VOILA!
