I personally do wish you keep your car (would love to hear about your future experiences), however I do agree no car is worth the mechanical + financial burden...especially a 335d.
Also keep in mind, there is no guarantee the next new car you get will be less problematic.
Get a tune and enjoy the next 100k!

Yeah I have to trust they fixed it, or I'll have no confidence to keep it or feel like a jerk trading it in. BMW declined to buy it back so I guess it's either fixed or a solid example of the BMW brand.
I haven't ruled out a tune and another 100k... Will likely depend on residual trade value.
