Brake fluid should be changed every 2 years or 15K miles. You never want to compromise your safety since brakes is what stops your car, if you don't change it you'll eventually have brake failure.

DIY Cabin Filter = $30-60
Indy Shop Brake Fluid = $60-80
Thanks for the info Sir! I found a carbon activated one on amazon for 25 bucks. And I'll definitely call around for a brake flush, I just wasn't gonna pay 200 bucks for it.
