you have Bluetooth because you have TCU unit in your car. 6FL uses MULF module and it can be connected without USB hub, so at least you need MULF module, USB socket '(you need to remove AUX in and install USB AUX socket) and couple of wires.
Since your car was built long time ago and I assume that software was never updated, you will need not only coding but also software update.
