The documentation fee and national ad fee are BS dealer fees. The motor vehicle fee has to be for a new tag because a tag transfer is usually under $75. Local dealers don't directly pay for national advertising.
$500 over invoice on a 328 is reasonable but it depends on the region where you are shopping.
