The stealership I bought it from was a Range Rover dealership. Actually they didn't know about the problem it was a trade-in car. After they took it back they didn't sell it. They just sold it to auction because fixing the issues it had was gonna cost them alooot. It was a 2008 and yes I checked its service history. It was very clean car inside out and the previous owner really maintained it at BMW dealership. It is just the problem I saw in 08 was pretty common problems on any 07-10 335i. Like fuel injectors, turbo seal. The car didn't have warranty on it so Ranger Rover dealership took it back with no questions asked.
