I saw the Jerez and its very nice but I didn't want all (inside/outside) black. The Ruby from what I have seen looks amazing and the interior is really sharp from a 335 I saw a few months ago which had the same Oyster. I assume if you take care of it it will be ok.
Looks like I will be waiting another couple weeks atleast.
