But ok, injectors are smaller (535D Pre-lci injectors on D3) = engine goes leaner with 320D injector with same opening time. not good.
This probably generates more heat? This is causing stress on turbo and engine internals but i still dont understand how the injectors can die? More heat in combustion chamber?


Car is little less response in the lower RPM free-reving, and idle is not perfect anymore. It misses sometimes. (probably to lean)
Cryptomit knows his stuff. I don't know why u r arguing. Yes early D3 is single turbo but so what. Other hardware as discussed is different.

Have you looked at D3 maps in winols? I suggest you do. Compare it to a good 320d remap and you'll see the differences. 320d turbo will have a much shorter life. I see no value of this flash over a good remap.
