You won't get anything with a 2 car garage for less than $600k in if you want to walk to a Metro station. Trust me I have been looking for the past 2 months. I looked at 40+ townhouses, if you want to park and ride then choices are much greater and prices are less as well. Of course, It all depends on the area you are looking at though.
