Thanks for the explaination. One more question, shouldn't the capacitor be installed upstream of the ballast? Also, capacitors have resistence only when it is being charged, so if you turn the fog on, off then on again quickly, would that trigger an error code since the capacitor would have no time to discharge and therefore, has no resistence when you turn it on the second time around?
