That's not correct if you are running 91 Octane.
Both the stock ECU and the PROcede recognize the difference between 91 and 93 Octane and adjust/adapt accordingly.

Now for the OP, if you are running 93 Octane in your car, adding the 100 Octane will not do much as the PROcede at this point won't adjust much above 93 Octane.

If you are on 91 Octane, you can dump in 100 Octane and you'll get more power. It won't be necessary to dump 5-7 gallons of 100 Octane in though.
Make a mix of 93-95 Octane and you'll be set.
