Very hard to compare the BMW and the Audi as they are 2 very different cars. The current A7 is one of the best cars I have ever had but it isn't the drivers car that the 335D was. Having said that, with sports mode dialed in, it isn't anywhere near as numb as some on here would have you believe and for such a big car, it is a lot of fun when you get a good stretch of road.
