I got a ticket for this while my car was parked in a parking garage in Chicago at work. Someone on the forum sent this to me and I used it. This guy created a zip file/package of the law and instructions on what to do to beat the tint ticket. I sent the packet in and the ticket was dropped!! I had to pay
nothing!
