Gearbox specialist is the place to go obviously. But yes, maybe something as simple as a gearbox mount, but listening what you are saying it does sound like something a bit more serious, maybe the dual mass flywheel has broken apart, or maybe the friction material on the clutch has cracked or broken off - it is held in place by rivets...
