I just ordered one last night from bavauto, but I need to wait a few days for it to get here. I actually had my brother stepping on the clutch and holding it, but I think the problem was that I couldn't get a wrench into that area because it is so tight, so it took a while to get the bleeder open and closed so I think it might have been taking air into the line in between trying to bleed it.
