Those websites are partially right...Rocky Mountain and Phazer are two highly advertised jammers that do not jam at all, stay far away from them.
However, I can tell you with my first hand experience and all the of the published trials that Laser Interceptor, Blinder, Laser ProPark, and others mentioned on those two links i gave you work (some much better than others).
