Actually, to get the best mpg all the time it does help, it's consistency and I like that, goes with my OCD lol
On a recent run of 450 miles that included spirited A&B roads plus about 150 miles of motorway driving at about 73mph (gps) I managed 38 mpg, I'm still very very impressed with this car!!
