I am still waiting to hear from someone for 2 weeks @ BMW mississauga regarding a bent wheel that they say they will not cover cuz the damn tire is holding air!

I bought the car brand new with the tire wheel warranty and it clearly says that we will repair or replace and now they say the only thing the warranty is supposed to cover is a cracked in half rim......can they try to repair that? cuz surely they were out of their mind when they had this warranty written cuz what else can happen to an alloy that they will TRY TO REPAIR?Ironically enough I have the BMW warranty they were selling back then.
I have no option but to drive with the bad wheel or buy the new one 800++
