Exclamation Cracked front sub-frame!

Starting this thread for a couple reasons, primarily to remind lowered vehicles to check their suspension often.

I must have been driving on this for weeks if not months with absolutely no negative feedback from the car, but at any moment I could have nailed a pothole and sheered the sub-frame completely through.

So I will be filing an insurance claim to replace the sub-frame and I wanted to get some opinions on any other work I should have done while I am already down there.

I had considered doing the M3 control arm replacement in the front but I already have BC Coilovers in the front so would that really be worth it?

Any recommendations on other parts to replace while the sub-frame is being replaced?
