Better yet - with Luca and the Perillo affiliation I am sure that:
1. These deals are only available through the "wholesale warehouse" because it is all a front to launder money for the Perillo family waste removal enterprise and their strip joint amongst other "legitimate" businesses.

Luca was the unlucky nephew who couldn't earn and was banished to the wholesale car distribution his next step down is sleeping with the fishes with his cousin Fredo.
