you can buy DEF for $12 at walmart for a 2.5 gallon jug. You can buy everything you need for a DIY oil change online for around $100. Air filter is trivial. The fuel filter.. I'm not sure but I DIY fuel filters on my F350 diesel and its easy as pie, so it cant be that bad. I know there's a DIY for fuel filters too. Or find an indy shop if you dont want to diy
