Getting the program to work is arguably the hardest part like I had stated. But a benevolent forum member kindly put together a detailed step by step pdf guide.
This is just like jailbreaking. The real coders/crackers work hard to make it real simple for the masses to jailbreak. And then some of the masses go to craigslist to offer the service for $20 to market to the less inclined/informed.
